1999- 2000 was the beginning of the new millenium,
So by your logic, 1899 was a part of the 20th century
and 1900 was the second year of the 1900's, eh? Wrong, buddy. Wrong.

Bad sound sync.
This movie has its moments, great intro, good music (one of the better theme songs definitely), nice attempt to involve M more, even if she is kind /a/ useless by the end, but yeah the Bond girls are no good (Denise Richards is wonderfully cast - wouldn't someone like Jeri Ryan have been a better fit?) and Robert Carlyle is wasted. After the initial boat chase, the action is pretty limp and unmemorable too.
Still, "Die Another Day" falls on its face so much worse...
