This song paints a picture of a world with so many negative
trends and the human condition. We must all take this song as a
challenge to create a better world for the children who will inherit
it.
They weren't so much in the US
because they were too big and clunky and (you guessed it) pricey. VCR
wasn't really part of the vernacular in 1980. The Police were ahead of
their time.
